1. Return Eligibility
✅ Accepted Conditions:
- Unused products in original packaging
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened ink refills or pen cartridges
- Personalized/customized products
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship Items Back: Send to:

3. Return Shipping
- Customer-Paid Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- Recommendation: Use trackable shipping (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
4. Refund Processing
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Deductions: May apply for missing items or damage not reported
5. Exchanges
For defective/wrong items:

- We’ll ship replacements immediately (if available)
- Return the original item within 14 days
6. International Returns
- Contact us first for instructions
- Customer responsible for all return shipping/customs fees
- Refund amount may exclude original shipping costs
7. Damaged/Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the product and packaging
- Email claims@ohuhuh.com within 7 days of delivery
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
