1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and over 60 countries worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability in your region.

2. Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM CST (Monday-Friday) are processed same day
• Weekends/holidays: Processed next business day
• Custom/personalized orders: Add 1-3 business days

3. Shipping Options & Costs (U.S.)

*Cutoff: 12 PM CST (excludes weekends/holidays)

4. International Shipping

• Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by country)
• Cost: Calculated at checkout (includes duties/taxes for select countries)
• Customs: Recipient may be responsible for additional fees

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers emailed within 24 hours of shipment

6. Shipping Restrictions

• Ink Refills: Ground shipping only (no air transport)
• Alcohol-Based Markers: Cannot ship to P.O. boxes internationally
